Report: U.S. swimmer tests positive

Jessica Hardy has apparently tested positive for clenbuterol, a banned stiumlant. She is scheduled to swim in four events in Beijing. Her attorney is seeking an expedited arbitration hearing. This kind of doping violation could lead to a two-year ban.
