Court tosses Janet Jackson fine

So much for fine against CBS for the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction. A three-judge federal appeals court panel tossed out the $550,000 indecency fine against the network, ruling that the Federal Communications Commission "acted arbitrarily and capriciously" with its punishment for the brief nudity at halftime, the AP reports this morning.
Opens up all kinds of possibilities for future performances by stars. Although, Janet Jackson’s career hasn’t exactly taken off again after her top was taken off. On the ESPYs — we turned it off halfway through — host Justin Timberlake poked fun at the not so Super memory.
