Well, when the Yankee hierarchy meets the name of Barry Bonds will be on the plate. Not sure if it is home plate, but Hank Steinbrenner said he would bring up the slugger’s name when the brass band gets together in Tampa. There has to be mixed feelings all around about this. How could he survive the media crush in the Big Apple? Does he have anything  left? How big of a distraction would he be? Or is this much ado about nothing and Bonds has likely seen his last at-bat? How badly do Yankee fans want to win? Would they cheat to take an alleged cheater to do it?
